2024-25 in review: our series of “Seeing AI” events

This year, DISC has launched its most exciting new initiative so far – the AI Literacies working group, bringing together our interdisciplinary expertise to develop critical skills in understanding the social, political, economic and cultural impacts of AI. The group has put together an impressive programme of events, including public engagement, talks, and the Online Summer School on the politics of visual generative AI.

All of these events highlight the range in DISC researches, showing there’s something for every interest. Some of the events are now available on our YouTube channel
